Terms of the waiting list (Pioneers)

§1. Definitions

• Pioneer - a user who has successfully signed up for the app's waiting list before its official launch date.
• Bonus - a benefit in the form of 2 months of free access to the AI Mentor functionality, to be used after the app's official launch.

§2. Rules of participation

• Participation in the waiting list is free and voluntary.
• The condition for using the list is providing a valid email address and giving the required consents.
• To confirm the signup, we may use the Double Opt‑In mechanism (confirmation via a link in an email message).
• The number of places with Pioneer status is limited to the first 100 people who sign up for the list.

§3. Delivery of the bonus

• The Bonus will be granted in the form of an activation code or an appropriate entitlement on the user's account after the app's official launch.
• The Bonus is granted on the condition of active participation in the tests, in particular: maintaining regular contact with the Administrator, providing feedback, and actually using the app under conditions that allow it to be tested comprehensively.
• The Bonus cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
• Signing up for the waiting list is not a commitment to purchase or pay.

§4. Technical requirements

• Internet access.
• An active email address.
• A browser that supports JavaScript.
