I. General provisions

The controller of personal data collected through the app and the website The Juicy Skills is Anna Wojnicka, ul. Magnacka 5, 02-496 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter: the “Controller”).

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

II. Scope and purpose of processing

The Controller processes the following data: email address and, optionally, first name/username.

Purposes of processing:

• Handling the waiting list (Pioneers): reserving a place in the beta tests and delivering bonuses - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
• Direct marketing (newsletter): informing about the launch and development of the app - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
• Analytics and statistics: optimizing the operation of the app and the website using Google Analytics 4 - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest) and/or consent (depending on the cookie consent configuration).

III. Data recipients and transfers to third countries

Personal data may be entrusted to external entities providing technical infrastructure (Supabase) and analytics tools (Google Analytics) on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements (DPA), where required.

In connection with the use of Google services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), subject to the appropriate legal safeguards required by the GDPR.

IV. Retention period and user rights

Data will be stored until the user withdraws their consent.

The Controller undertakes to permanently delete data within no more than 7 business days from the date of the deletion request.

The user has the right of access to their data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.
